Purchased a house ~15yrs old. Has a EWC-ST-3C control panel. The system has 3 zones, 8x12, 8x20 and 8x14 verticle? (non-circular) dampers. The motors appear to be non-working when calling for heat/air or not calling for heat/air. (without a gentle nudge/rap). I had local heat/ac company in. They want to replace the motors AND damper assembly, which includes increasing the size of damper. Pretty expensive prop. To me, it seems like just replacing the motors should work. The panel has check out electrically.
How does one go about purchasing those 'blue bricks'.?
Damper Motors have failed on Older System

Please call 800-446-3110 and ask for sales, they can recommend a Distributor in your area where you can purchase the motors (Model MAN).
