I have a EWC-ST-3C control panel. What is the proper position for the open and closed switches in the panel. The system has 3 zones. When zone one calls for heat both zone 1 and 2 give heat. All switches are currently on closed What is the test procedure for checking the damper motors? Any info would be appreciated.

If the switches are in the closed position than if that if that zones last mode of operation it will remain closed. If you have the switches in the open position than all dampers will always default to the open position.
