Brand new system - Heat is blowing cold air

We have a brand new system, installed this past May. Turned the heat on for the first time today and all it does is blow cold air. Any clue what I could try to fix it? Thank you.

What type of system do you have and also what model zone panel do you have controlling your system?

Sorry I had to make a new acct., couldn't remember the password. All I know is that it is a Goodman unit, with 4 zones. Was just installed in a new build in June 2013. I am going to have to search for some paperwork, which I'm afraid I never received! and I'm afraid the installer has gone out of business, phone has been disc. and he doesn't answer his cell. One thing says "EWC Controls, Inc." and the other says "Ultra-Zone". I will try and find more info when I get home from work and reply back.
