Noisy

I have a MA-ND4 Damper and actuator set up. Every time it closes or open it very very nosiy, has anyone else heard (no pun intended) of this issue. thanks

This is a problem that does occur from time to time but there is an easy remedy for it. Loosen the anti rotation nut located on the bottom of the actuator 1/8th of a turn and then back the actuator away from the side of the damper. Do not re-tighten the nut and leave the actuator away from the side of the damper and this should solve your problem
