I have BM3000 plus board with a rheem heat pump and a gas furnace backup im having a hard time to get my furnace to start running when the temp drops below 35 my heat pump is still running instead of my gas furnace. I have a oas connected to the board and set for around 35 degrees any help would be great. Thank

Can you tell me how you have all of your dip switches set.
Starting from the top of the bank with the number one switch, simply tell me whether the switch is set to the left or to the right.
Also, do you have a voltmeter?
I would like to check the resistance value across the OAS itself to see if it is functioning properly.
The wires should be disconnected from the OAS terminals on the board and resistance should be checked across the wires themselves.
Take note of the outside temperature at the time you check.
