EWC-ST-2E Zone 2 heat not working.
Hi, Please forgive me I am not an HVAC technician but I am mechanically inclined. I woke up this morning to a freezing cold bedroom. I have a 2 zone system and Zone 1 (which runs my downstairs) works fine. The upstairs thermostat(zone 2 which includes my bedroom) clicks but will not fire when I call for heat. The thermostat is set properly but the furnace and blower motor will not kick on when I call for heat specifically from zone 2. The only way I will get a minimal amount of heat is if I fire zone 1 and the zone 2 damper is open. AC works fine in both zones. I am wondering what the issue could be? Thank you

What model zone panel do you have?
The zone panel should be located near the equipment itself.
The model will be located on the computer chip in the center of the board on the white label.
I will also need to know what lights are lit on the zone panel and how the dipswitches are set.
