Is the duct system designed to operate one zone at a time or would it be able to hold both zones.
I am having problems with coil freezing up over night . After doing some pressure checks and super heat calcs. I have discovered I have air flow issues.

The zone panel is designed to run more than one zone at a time.
That does not mean however, that the system itself is properly designed.
Is there a bypass damper installed on the system?
If there is a bypass damper installed; Is there a restricting hand damper installed after the bypass damper?
What is the systems total CFM?
How much CFM is each zone sized for?
If you could get back to me with an answer to these questions I believe we can figure out what the issue with your system is.
