I have a two zone system controlled with a BMPlus 3000. The system has a Goodman single stage gas furnace along with a Goodman single stage heatpump. For zone 1, I have a Honeywell TH6220WF2006/U Lyric T6 Pro thermostat, 2H, 1C thermostat. Zone 2 has a Honeywell T10+ with Equiment interface module (EIM), model YTHM1004R3001, to allow for multiple wireless sensors and control of a steam humidifier via the EIM U3-1 and U3-2 terminals, along with a jumper to supply R to the One Zone terminal so that all dampers open when humidifying per your drawing 090512A0198.
I am wondering about the correct wire connections from the BMPlus 3000 to the EIM for this dual fuel system. From the BMPlus 300 manual, it seems that the EIM should be wired to the BMPlus according to Figure 2c. From the attached EIM manual, it looks like the wiring guide- heat pump systems (page 7) the correct wiring from the EIM to the BMPlus would connect O/B to O/B, W2(AUX1) to W/E, Y1 to Y and G to G. Is this what you would reccomend, if not what would be recommended in this case?
I assume that wiring from the BMPlus 3000 to the furnace and heat pump should be according to the manual Figure 9, is that correct?
Also, with this system, if the staging is set to timer, will the staging occur even if the thermostats are calling for heatpump heat?
