NCM-300 Heat Pump with Aux Heat Furnace

What are the correct settings for the NCM-300 running two zones powered by an American Standard Heat Pump with propane auxiliary heat?

As the system stand, it appears the O/B is constantly energized.

The NCM 300 is not a duel fuel zone board. You need to go with a BMPlus-3z. There is a workaround if you have heatpump stats and you set them to Duel Fuel (now you are letting the stat's control your staging between heatpump and backup heat).
