I recently bought a house which has a dual zone first floor. The first floor ac/heating system uses ewc-st-2b. During our first year I noticed the following issues:
Heating

There is an intermittent issue during which the thermostat turns off the heating but the furnace and the fan continue to be on. The second thermostat was not turned on ( kept off, not activated).
Cooling
————-
There is an intermittent issue during which the thermostat turns off the cooling, the outside compressor stops but the fan continues to be on. The second thermostat was not calling cooling due to a temperature set high.
I called my ac service company and they checked the ac/heating components and could not identify an issue. Is there a way troubleshoot ewc-st-2b?
Your thoughts on possible root cause please?
