NCM300 fan

Post by Bruester »

The weekend house I purchased two years ago has an NCM300 two zone system installed 13 years ago. In winter, it takes more than two hours to go from 60 degrees to 74 degrees. (My other home is a one zone system and it only takes 25 minutes to reach that temperature.) I noticed the green LED for “FAN” is off even though the thermostat shows that the fan is on. Could a non-working fan be the cause of the long warmup time and how would I figure out if the fan is broken?

Did you find a solution? I'm having the same issue but the STATUS LED flashing RED. However, eventually it will kick back fan back on. I have a NEST Thermostat that is sending the signals to the board, the dampers open, but the fan doesn't engage. It's like the waiting time is over extended
