Outdoor hardwire temp reading static at 73

Several weeks after our unit was installed control panel reads outdoor temp at 73. No longer changes to correct temp. Just stays at 73. Any tips on how to correct this?

I had a similar problem. And the reason for me was a faulty temperature sensor. Finally fixed.
