EWC BM2000 and Honeywell WIFI thermostat

I have BMC2000 connected to 2 thermostats. The 1 is for a small room and the other I'll call main is the downstairs unit. I want to install a Honeywell RTH6580WF Wifi unit. It needs a C Wire to support this properly. Let me know if I can connect the C wire to the unit on only 1 thermostat and if this will reliably / safely work.

No a WiFi Thermostat will not work with that board. You will need to upgrade your board.
