NCM300 questions

I have a question that another member had. If the ncm300 with heatpump has one tstat with the o connected on a three zone system does the other two stats need an o wire connected? I don’t want visitors running heat while I am in cooling mode. Also I believe I read that the g doesn’t need to be connected as long as you don’t want the fan on option, is this correct?Thanks
