BMPlus 7000 night setback

Finally installing my BMP7000 panel on my variable fan, modulating gas furnace and two stage condensing unit. I hoped I could utilize my system tstat, Honeywell TH 8321R1001 one zone 1 and connect it to the “one zone terminal” to have night setback.

Despite reviewing the only reference I found to night setback, “UZC4 One zone mode with occupied output from thermostat” I haven’t figured out how to set up night setback. How can I set this up.
