SID damper open/close noise

Please help turn off the noise! Whenever my SID dampers open or close, they make a noise until they are all the way open or closed. It sounds like they are just having a tough time opening and closing. Can a grease take care of this? If so, what do you recommend? It seems to only happen for heat and not A/C (i.e. in winter, not summer).

I wish I could attached a video so you could hear it.
