Hi,
I upgraded my ST-2E to the NCM-300 and followed the diagram at
http://ewccontrols.com/acrobat/090512a0369.pdf
When I test the board everything works fine, heat and fan run, a/c works no problem.
Once I hook up the Ecobee4 things start misbehaving. I have been on tech support with them and they say my wiring is correct.
The Ecobee4 will run correctly until the room is at the desired temperature after a system reset.
The problem seems to be when the Ecobee4 tries to maintain the temperature or I ask to increase the temperature, it thinks the furnace is on but it's not.
When I look at the system board, there is usually one or sometimes 2 of the red LEDs on and no heat or fan running.
1st question is are the 2 LEDS a sign of a problem? 2nd question is this board compatible with the Ecobee4?
Anyone have similar problems?

An update.
So after about 30-40 minutes the furnace finally came on. The 2 red LEDs are still on, but the furnace is running.
Does this have anything to do with the timers on the board or the DIP switches?
