Nest missing y wire after power outage

Hi. I have 3 nests and one has lost y wire after a power outage and is now only blowing cold air in that zone. The other 2 zones are working fine. Any ideas?

Paul, after speaking with Nest, and resetting the thermostat, the problem went away only to reappear this morning on ANOTHER thermostat.
