NCM-300 and NEST Thermostat

I have 3 trane furnaces and 5 zones in my home. Each furnace has a NCM-300. Each zone has one Honeywell touch screen thermostat. I want to replace each with a Nest thermostat. I wired up one today the same way the both existing honeywell thermostats were wired but it wasn't behaving correctly. (sorry for the poor pic)

When I set the fan to run it did hot air and when I had on cold or heat it did cold air. Not sure what was wrong.

I tried both settings on the O/B (or whatever) and it didn't seem to work either way.

(HONEYWELL)/NEST : Yellow --> (Y)/Y1, Green --> (G)/G, Red --> (R)/Rh, Black --> (C)/C, White --> (O/B)/OB
