UZC-3C and Nest

Will the nest thermostat work with the UZC-3C control board? If not, what board would be recommended if I want to use nest in my home in a 2 zoned system? Thank you all in advance. Also if the UZC-3C board CAN be used, could anyone help with a wiring diagram? I just moved into a new home with my wife and left for work at sea for 3 weeks, I'm trying to get her the most information I can.
