EWC-ST-2E help with Insteon/Compatible Thermostat

Hi. I am trying to swap my current White-Rodgers thermostats to Insteon 2441TH thermostats. I currently have EWC-ST-2E Controller which is connected to Zone 1 - Master and Zone 2 - Slave thermostats. I need help on wiring to Insteon 2441TH thermostats.

Zone 1 thermostat has 6 wires which also includes B and O:

Only a thermostat with a separate "O" "B" terminal will work. Honeywell th4110. W/R 1F80. The best is to change the board to a NCM-300 which will allow any thermostat to operate your system. Any further question call office.1-800-446-3110 X490.

I have natural gas for heating and central a/c for cooling. I am thinking the B and O are for heat pump?

However, from EWC control panel where it says SYSTEM, there is no B and O wires there.

The only thermostats that will work with that board are the Honeywell Th4110 series and the White-Rodgers 1F80 series. You can change the board to a NCM-300 which will work with any thermostat.
