Damper Motors

I have a 3 zone system in my home and two of the damper motors are not closing after the thermostats have been satisfied in each zone. The indicating lights on the damper motors remain in the open (green) status. Any suggestions?

I have several question to ask you about you system. It would be better if you called our office and we could help. Have with you an electric meter and a small screw driver. Thank you
