Model 2020 humidifier

My steam humidifier will not work. Worked good last season. Power green light flashes and drain light illuminates, but will not turn off. Humidifier stalls with drain open? Any thoughts on problem?

EWC Controls sold all rights to the steam humidifier line 2 years ago to a company called Field Controls. They now manufacture the humidifiers and do all the technical support. You can reach them at 252-522-3031 sorry for any inconvenience.
