Damper motor controls

I have a five zone system. I purchased a 8X8 ND motorized damper to replace a 1975 durozone motorized damper. The old damper had three wires powering it, plus two thermostat wires. In that the new one is different, I'm hoping that you can tell me how to wire this into the system. Beyond that, is there a control panel that I can use to run five of your dampers, assuming I change all of the wiring?

What type of system do you currently have? Are you looking to run five dampers one for each zone, or another combination?
