Thanks for the information. You were right about having a short wth the wires. Unfortunately, I was not immediately able to find where the problem begins. So I guess I am going to have to start doing some research on how to rewire my thermostat. I'm sure that's going to be a pain.

Sorry for reviving old topic, but I don't know how to disconnect the W wire from the zone panel and from the thermostat. Please help
