Only 3 zone LED lights and status on panel are on. I figure air handler has a longer cool down cycle time. Is EWC zone purge timer adjustable?

The BMPlus3000 has a fixed post purge delay of 90 seconds.
Unfortunately that delay cannot be adjusted.
At the end of that 90 second purge the board will return all dampers to the open position.
If your furnace has a delay longer than 90 seconds, all zones will receive the purging air for the remainder of the furnace purge.
There should be a dip switch setting on the Amana furnace to adjust the blower time to 1 minute.
What is the exact model of your furnace?
