Aprilaire 700M to ECW-ST-2E control panel on heat call

I installed an Aprilaire 700M and I'm stuck on how to wire this so that it only runs when there is a call for heat. We have 2 zones in the house. I see on the left side of the wiring diagram under "system" a few choices that say "comp relay", "heat relay" and "fan relay"...I'm thinking if I route the unit and humidistat through the 2 screws for the "heat relay" that would run the unit each time there is a call for heat regardless of which zone runs?
I may be way off...I'm hoping someone here can help.

Well I did hook the aprilaire up the way I was thinking and it works. Now the unit only kicks on when there is a call for heat, wether it be the 1st floor or 2nd floor.
