I'm have a NCM-300 controling an Air Ease Heat Pump 1stage heating, 1stage cooling with
a Air Ease gas furnace for backup heating, with two zones in the home.
I have a Honeywell TH8320U1008 Thermostat controling zone #1. It working just fine with
the Heat Pump & Backup Furnace. I'm useing a Honeywell T8775C 1005 to control zone #2.
On call for haet on Zone #2 the zone #2 light is on the NCM-300,the W1/B light is on,the
Compressor light is on, & the Fan light is on, but the Heat Pump dosn't come on.
NCM-300 Controled with Honeywell Stat
Re: NCM-300 Controled with Honeywell Stat
If your Compressor light is lit your heat pump should be running.
If you have a voltmeter check voltage C to Y on the system terminal block when the lights are lit as you explained.
You should read 24v there.
Does the fan turn on when you call for heat on zone 2?
I do not suspect the thermostats are the cause of the issue because the board is responding properly based on the lights.
