No Cool AIR from AC
LED 1 Status is red in my Ultra-Zone control system from EWC. What does this mean ? This system hen was working just find on morning then when the outside temperature hit 103 this problem occurred and is still there. Any help please since I now have no AC in the hottest days.

In order to answer your questions i need to know exactly what product of ours you have?
If it is a zone panel there will be a computer chip in the center of the board with a white label.
On that label should be a model and version number.
