New install of bmplus-3z to replace an old BM2000 that malfunctioned. Disconnected the BM2000 and reconnected wires to the new bmplus-3z. Thermostat in Zone 1 calls for heat and everything works as it should. But when it calls for air, the fan runs but compressor does not. I suspect problem is at the bmplus-3z level because its board only shows the fan light and Zone 1 Open light, but not the Y1 Compressor light. So the zone controller is not calling for A/C. But the thermostat is sending its signal (since the fan is going on). Z2 is off. Thermostats are Ecobees (new). Z3 is set to be off as I only have 2 zones.
What might I be doing wrong?

I figured it out. When I got my other zone set to cool, the Y1 light came on. I think the connection on the yellow wire to the thermostat was poor. Re-wired it and everything works.
