EWC-ST-2 system switch issue

Hello. I have an EWC-ST-2 control board on the air handler in my attic
The system switch was causing my ac/heat to switch on off randomly

Now the board will not call for heat or ac but if I wiggle that system switch, I can get it to turn on for a bit

Question is, can I temporarily bypass that system switch to get the heat turned on?
