Trane Xv95 EWC BMplus 3000 Zone 2 Not sending heat

Can someone help me troubleshoot the issue I have?

I have a Trane XV95 HVAC system with EWC BMplus 300 rev B control unit. I have ADT for my thermostats and 2 zones, 1st floor and 2nd floor.

For 2 days now zone 2 isn’t sending heat upstairs. I remotely control my ADT 2nd floor thermostat and set to 75 degrees. I see the dampers open in my basement but Trane never fires up. Zone 1 works fine.

Is this a EWC control problem or something in the Trane? I put new batteries also in my Thermostats. I also inspected the EWC controller but don’t see anything like a broken wire or any issues with LEDs

Anyone know what the issue is or the steps how this is supposed to work? Thermostat sends signal to EWC then EWC sends signal to dampers and the Trane system??

I purchased a new EWC BMplus 3000 controller board.
