NCM-300 & blown fuse in air handler

Hello,

I am not a HVAC technician so I probably messed up. I was tightening the wires on my NCM-300 board and it looks like I touched the board with one of the wires. All the lights on the NCM-300 went dark. I determined that the 3AMP fuse on the air handler was blown. I changed it and the board seems to work fine. All lights normal, dampers opening, fan and compressor lights on. Condenser unit outside on, fan turning, yet the temperature in the house stays ay 77 degrees no matter how long the unit is running. The refrigerant supply line to the air handler is very cold and I can't figure out why it is not cooling the house. Could the NCM-300 board be damaged? or is it a coincidence and perhaps the capacitor in the outdoor unit is faulty?

I am going to recommend you get a HVAC Tech out to your house and take a look at what's going on.
