Hi, I've been having issues with the HVAC company that recently installed a new unit at our house: a two stage cooling/heating dual fuel heat pump, and two stage furnace with variable fan speed. They installed a NCM-300 which does not appear to be setup for or support two stage cooling. Also, I have concerns whether this can handle a dual fuel setup based on what an HVAC professional told me. Specifically, I was told this setup could damage my system by allowing both the heat pump and furnace to run simultaneously. It was suggested that I get a BMPLUS-3000. Could anyone advise on this? Much appreciated.
Thanks.
NCM-300 - suitable for dual fuel, two stage heat pump?

Yes you need the BMPlus 3000 for duel fuel
