BMP3000 with OAS allow time out to furnace

I have a two zone BMP3000 with a single stage heat pump, gas furnace and OAS. If I set the system to lockout below a certain OAT is there any way for it to time out to the furnace when the OAT is above the lockout temperature?

It will take 30 minutes to stage up when you are using the OAS and the temp is above your set point
