Short Cyvle Zone 2 Ultra Zone EWC300

Hello , new to the forum hope I can get some help.
I have a Trane AC/ Furnace combination w 2 zones on an UltraZone EWC 300 panel that is short cycling on zone 2. It started after a dual run capacitir replacement. Runs 2, 3, 4 min ; stops 4, 5 , 6 min . Usually only runs 2 min. and at night. The 2 technicians I called cant find the issue. Will appreciate any ideas on what is wrong. Thanks.
