I have been crazy happy about post-install, now struggling with understanding "NCM-300 Controller Logic".
NCM-300 controlling 3 zones via 3 12URDs
3 - Ecobee3 Lite Pro thermostats, one each zone
Desire to have air pass through one zone at a time, while the other two zones closed.
Running thermostats via round-robin cycle = no two zones making demand simultaneously.
Problem Scenario, using cool air demand only.
Zone A set at 70, thermostat reading 73, cool air demanded
Zone B is set at 80, the thermostat reading 74, no cool air should be demanded
Zone C is set at 80, the thermostat reading 75, no cool air should be demanded.
Zone A Damper = Green, air flowing
Zon B Damper = Green
Zone C Damper = Green
I thought only Damper A should be Green, with Zone B and Zone C Red.
Added note 1:
If I turn off the system from Zone C, the Zone C damper goes red. Other zones' dampers operate Green
Added note 2:
If I "turn off" the HVAC system at all three thermostats, all the dampers default to Green/Open.
Thoughts about my logic of 3 thermostats with 3 companion dampers via the NCM-300?
Thanks.

PROBLEM RESOLVED
DUH . . . .
HELD THE RESET BUTTON FOR 7 SECONDS TO RESET THE MICROPROCESSOR.
Potential root cause = NCM-300 may have gotten into the weeds with a power interruption
