I’ve had problems with my HVAC system since the house was built. No one has been able to fix it. The furnace would act irradically during the winter and especially if I was running on my generator. During the last outage I called EWC see if it was a problem with their board. Their chief engineer was able to ID the problem in minutes and then provided the solution to fix it walking me through each step. I am relieved that this problem has finally been resolved. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. BTW the problem was in the installation not with the controller.
