NCM-300 - airflow issue

Hello All, Thanks for viewing my request.
We have NCM-300 model installed at our house. We have upstairs and downstairs w/ two nest control thermostats. Have turning on the downstairs thermostats for the heat, only air coming out from the upstairs vent, but nothing downstairs vent. This all happened, when the power breaker tripped.

I restarted the power from the unit by pulling the cable, but noticed, first light kept blinking. Please see the attached pic
(see the attached pic) >> I have turned on the Downstairs thermostats, but looks like it is opening Zone2 which is upstairs.

Please give me some advice. Thank you
