ST-2D/Nest Compatible

I am trying to connect new Nest t-stats to my EWC-ST-2D system but it doesn't seem to be working. i have a typical oil fired furnace and a/c condensing unit with two zones, upstairs and downstairs. downstairs being the main and upstairs the 'slave'.

downstairs t-stat wiring: R, Y, G, W, B, O
upstairs t-stat wiring: R, G, W - although the green wire is in the Y connector

i think my issue is not having a C for power at either location. is there anything that can be done with that?

Unfortunately, I believe you'll need to upgrade your control panel. I have the ST-3E and found through many forums and Google searches that I'd need to upgrade as well. I confirmed this by calling EWC. The NCM-300 was recommended. I've followed that advice. Just received the NCM-300 the other day and am hoping to install tonight. Good luck!
