WiFi thirty zone control board question

I have four zones controlled by an st-3e and zone four on st-2e. I understand the panels won't work with ecobee nor nest. Correct? And there's no work around at all???

The ncm300 that everyone says to upgrade to won't handle four zones. What control panel should I get?
