Heat does not reach temperature set on thermostat

I live in Connecticut, and with the particularly cold month of February we have had, my heat does not keep up with the temperature set on the thermostat. I have an NCM 300 that operates on propane. It will go on and off rather than staying on until we reach the desired temperature. Sometimes it will take a day or two to reach the desired temperature, even if only increasing the temperature 2 or 3 degrees. It also seems like it has more trouble keeping up when our propane tank is less than 30% full - not sure if that would be related to my unit or a setting on the propane tank itself.

Please advise.

I do not think the NCM-300 is your problem. I think you propane regulator outside might be the problem. You should have a contractor test your system supply gas along with the units gas valve.

Your pressure could be low from your tank. A serviceman should be your first phone call. If he thinks the problem is with your NCM300 please call 1-800-446-3110 X490.

I have an NCM 300 thermostat and I have never had problems. It must be a problem with the gas supply because these devices work very well
