Having problem with multiple EWT-3102 / EWT-3103 Touchscreen Programmable Thermostats. Multiple buttons locked, different buttons on each stat. Went through the Installer set up, replaced batteries, replaced internal lithium batteries, tried the 710 rest, stat won't let me change selection. Stats are in residential units - Stats are approximately 8 yrs old. Anyone have any ideas? Is there a manual reset?
