ST-2D two (2) zone with A/C and Heat pump >>upgrade to NCM-300 and ecobee 3

Hello,
Can you send me a schematic on wires on this upgraded setup? I have found this: http://ewccontrols.com/acrobat/090512a0369.pdf
But it lacks the heat pump hook up.
Here are several pictures of my current setup. I already have a NCM-300 ready to go and 2 ecobee 3. I have been told to ignore my current O/B and Blue wire such is a RH on my setup and repurpose for a common to avoid PEK install as I have spare wire on both zones. Is this correct?

I have:
- oil burning furnace
- heat pump mounted on top of furnace ( I think year round)
- outside Air Con unit.
- 2 motorized dampers (1 per zone/ floor)
- 2 zones (1 per floor)
- 2 floors
- 1 thermostat per floor

Seems like I'm uninstalling my heat pump control completely?
I've included current (old) system photos for reference.

Here is the heat pump that is also on oil heater. Is this system considered duel fuel?
