Ncm300 upgrade

I am in the process of replacing my ewc-st-3e to a ncm300.

I am using the same power supply, all wires às recommended, however I can't get the compressor/air conditioner to work! I can bypass thermostat , it kicks in but shuts off anger one or two seconds. When input it back on my old board it works, any suggestions? What can cause that?

All wires are connected properly from the furnace, the Ac connects to the furnace then to the control board. All correctly according to technicians from ecobee.

Dip switch I had on gas, considering we have oil system, everything else is to the left position.

Someone help plz?
