Unable to Register RedLink Gateway with Goodman ComfortNet CTK04

Honeywell is unable to help me, they told me to call Goodman. Goodman (Daikin) tells me they have never heard of a Redlink Gateway. I am trying to get it registered so that I can have remote access to my Daikin a/c unit. Can someone please help?

The redlink gateway is a Honeywell system. We offer no support for that aspect of the product. If you visit Youtube and search for "redlink gateway" you can find several videos. Perhaps one of them may help.
