Looking for a compatible communicating t-stat for a UT-3000 other than the pricey CTK04.

Was looking at the Emerson (White-Rogers):
1F98EZ-1441
1F98EZ-1421
Now discontinued but still available at online retailers in the $130 to $150 price point. Any other suggestions?
