Ncm300 HVAC not working

Status led and 3 zone led blinking
Tried resetting, did not work. Help we freezing!

Make sure your devise is compatible with it too. I did a full equipment change out, not even thinking about the Stating. Spent a few extra hours trying to figure out why the hell it wouldn't work)
