The ultra zone ewc st 2e is not working properly with the ct 101 radio thermostat there is no manual showing diagram of wiring this models could any body help? Zone 1 works fine but the second thermostat do not work calling the heat or cooling probably wiring is incorrect this is a 2 zone system 2 stages not sure if is a heat pump or regular electric HVAC system, before this was a thermostat t8000c honey well, The second zone is a manual digital termostat, planning to change for another radio thermostat!

That board needs certain type stats to operate. Zone one terminal needs a operational "O" "B" terminal to work. Give office a call.
