1 of 2 zones not working in an attic HVAC system

The 3000 unit is running but only one zone is getting heat. There is a red light on in the side control . The other zone side control light is green. I have replaced the thermostat. Any thoughts as to what could be the cause? Thanks!

This 3000 device is usually jogging but just one zoom is getting warm. You will find there's red-colored mild on in the side management. The opposite zoom side management mild is usually environment friendly. I have exchanged the actual thermostat. Any kind of thought processes to what will be the bring about? Cheers.
